Advantage HVAC was highly recommended by a trusted friend who has a contractor license and he had his HVAC upgraded by this firm. I was skeptical after all the differing sales pitches from the “big firms”, but I made a date with Jarett Steinleitner, owner. His approach was totally different, focusing on our concerns and complaints, and his assessment of our needs to effectively heat and cool our home. He took hours, not minutes, to examine everything from duct work in the attic to equipment and gathered all the facts and made a date to return with a detailed proposal. He returned at the agreed time and date, and explained everything in simple English so I understood the issues he was going to overcome, and how he would do that. It actually made sense ! We made a deal ! He did a superb, neat , clean on time job. The results were impressive, and the new controller was simple to use. Then the unexpected happened…he actually called to make a date to return and check all the ducts, the air flow, the accuracy of the temperature read out, and made a few adjustments to the system ! He said he would be here at least every year to change the special filter and check and adjust the system as needed for a small service fee. This is truly an exceptional business owner who is very knowledgeable, honest, direct, fair and professional ! What a treat ! This man is our HVAC Guy, period.
